Community Slack
The fastest way to reach the platform team and other practitioners. Good for:
- Product or statistics questions not covered by the documentation
- Sharing experience with other teams running experiments on data warehouses
- Having the platform team help you determine whether something is a bug, a configuration issue, or a known limitation
Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce the issue in one pass, include all of the following in the same message:
- Project ID — the first segment after
/app/in the console URL - Location — the page URL or SDK call site where the issue occurs
- Expected vs. actual — one sentence each
- Timestamp — local time + timezone, or a UTC timestamp
- Reproduction steps — the shortest path to trigger the issue
- Screenshot or logs — a screenshot for UI issues; request/response body and ret_code for SDK issues
If the message involves sensitive information (real user IDs, API keys, etc.), send it as a direct message — do not post in a public channel.
Submitting a feature request
Send requests to Slack so other users can add context. A useful request answers three questions:
- What problem are you trying to solve? Describe the full workflow, not just which button is missing
- How are you working around it now? "There is no workaround" is a valid answer
- How broad is the impact? One team, all teams, or a specific project type
Business and project setup
- To set up a new project or discuss business matters, email support@abetterchoice.ai
- Include: company / studio name, estimated number of products to integrate, estimated DAU scale, and the data warehouse type you plan to use
